We work closely with Dementia Australia to bring their brand to life across key campaigns and events.

Ahead of a new campaign launch, we were asked to optimise the user journey through their main donation hub – reducing drop-off and increasing average donation value.

We carefully examined the donation journey and optimised it to drive stronger engagement.

  • Mapped the full user journey to identify friction points

  • Conducted a strategy-led content gathering process to define what needed to be displayed, and where and how users would interact with it – evolving from rough layout sketches to detailed UI

We combined user-centric design with proven strategies to streamline the donation journey.

  • Created a donation flow aligned with user behaviour

  • Applied colour theory and conversion best practices for mobile and desktop
