The background
We were asked to create a new regional website for Sony Music APAC. The goals of this project were as follows:
Promote Sony Music artists across APAC countries with dedicated profile pages, social media feeds and country profiles
Securely house detailed, confidential country-specific segmentation data behind password protection
Showcase Sony Music as a powerhouse across APAC with a diverse talent pool
Our Process
We collaborated closely from project inception with Sony Music Asia’s Director of Insights and Marketing to shape the digital vision.
We mapped detailed user journeys for both public-facing and private password-protected sections.
We wireframed all key pages to align content and layout expectations before UI design
Our solution
Developed artist profile pages and country-specific content with integrated social media feeds
Built a backend system to upload and manage complex segmentation data via formatted CSV files
Structured the interface with colour-coded segment types and age groups for easy navigation
Created interactive data visualisations to compare insights across segments and questions
